Where Phantom Films: A Property Marketing Studio Without Borders

Most property marketing studios stay close to home. Phantom does the opposite. We are a Belfast studio, but the work takes us right across Northern Ireland, from Greater Belfast and the North Down coast out to Antrim, the North West, and the loughs and border counties beyond. When an agent has a standout listing in Enniskillen or Ballyclare, the marketing should not drop in quality because of the postcode. A studio that travels is how you keep that promise.

Country estates and lough-shore developments

The further-flung listings are often the most rewarding. We filmed the lough-shore development at Derryad Country Park near Enniskillen with Colliers and Montgomery Finlay, and captured the beautiful Glenkeen House country estate outside Derry/Londonderry for Donnybrook Estate. Homes like these reward a studio willing to make the drive and plan around the light.
