Aerial & Drone Video

Cinematic aerial footage that reveals plot, approach, boundaries and setting in motion, the way to sell land, development sites and country homes across Northern Ireland.

Drone Video by Phantom, property marketing across Northern Ireland

Some properties only make sense from the air, and in motion. A rising shot over a development site, a slow reveal of a coastal plot, a flight along the driveway of a country home: drone video shows scale, position and setting in a way no ground footage ever can. Phantom flies CAA-licensed drones to capture footage that lets a buyer understand exactly what is on offer before they ever visit.

Aerial video frames the boundary and the plot, the approach and the surroundings, and the relationship between the property and what sits around it: sea, countryside, town or transport links. For land, plots and premium Northern Ireland listings, that moving aerial sequence is often what turns a scroll into an enquiry. This is the standalone drone video service; if you want aerial still images for the listing and brochure, see our aerial photography.

We fly legally and safely: fully licensed and insured pilots, with airspace checks and permissions handled by us, so your agency carries none of the compliance burden. Drone video can be delivered as a standalone aerial film, or cut straight into a full property video tour from the same flight.

Sells plot and scale in motion

A moving aerial shows acreage, boundaries and approach far more convincingly than a single still, exactly what justifies the price on land and country homes.

Reveals setting and transport links

Show the sea, the parkland, the village or the road into town in one continuous shot, so buyers grasp the lifestyle and location at a glance.

Essential for development sites

For plots, new builds and commercial sites, a drone flight is the clearest way to communicate footprint, access and opportunity to investors and buyers.

Fully legal, zero risk to you

CAA-licensed, insured pilots with airspace permissions handled means your agency carries none of the compliance burden for flying near homes or roads.

Standalone or part of a full film

Take the aerial as its own short reveal film, or have it edited into a complete ground-and-air property video tour from the same visit.

Ready for portal and social

We deliver landscape footage for portals and YouTube plus vertical cut-downs for Reels and Stories, so one flight feeds every channel.

Drone Video, answered

Do you need a licence to fly drones for property video?

Yes. Commercial drone filming requires CAA authorisation and insurance. Every Phantom flight is flown by a licensed, insured pilot with airspace permissions handled, so your agency carries no compliance risk.

When is drone video worth it?

It is most valuable for land and acreage, development and building sites, rural and coastal homes, and any property where the plot, position or setting is a key selling point and is best understood in motion.

What is the difference between drone video and aerial photography?

Drone video is moving footage, reveal shots and flights that show scale and approach over time. Aerial photography is still images for the listing and brochure. Many sites benefit from both, and we can capture them on the same flight. See our aerial photography page for stills.

Can drone footage be cut into a full property video?

Yes. We can deliver the aerial as a standalone film, or weave it into a complete ground-and-air property video tour edited from the same shoot.

Can you fly anywhere in Northern Ireland?

In the large majority of locations, yes. We are Belfast-based and film province-wide. Some areas near airports or restricted airspace need prior permission, which we check and arrange before the visit.
