We are Belfast-based and shoot across all of Northern Ireland, from Greater Belfast and North Down to the North West and the border counties, seven days a week.
How fast will I get my media?
We turn shoots around fast, hand-edited and named to your reference, ready to drop straight onto PropertyPal and your brochures. If you have a vendor deadline, tell us at booking and we will prioritise it.
Can I book several services in one visit?
Yes. Photography, floor plan, 3D tour, drone and EPC can all be captured in a single appointment, which is cheaper and faster than arranging separate bookings.
How do I book a shoot?
Through Kerb Appeal, our online client portal. Your team books in seconds, tracks every order and downloads finished media in one place, seven days a week.
How do I become a client?
Register your agency and we will set up your Kerb Appeal account, add your branches and invite your team. You can be booking within days.
Do you offer branch or volume packages?
Yes. We set up branch accounts with agreed rates and online booking for your whole team. Talk to the studio about the right setup for your firm.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the services and your property mix, with branch and volume rates available. Talk to the studio for a quote tailored to your agency.
Do you do floor plans, drone and 3D tours?
Yes. Precise 2D and 3D floor plans, CAA-licensed aerial and drone, and Matterport 3D virtual tours, alongside photography and video.
