The Residence: Lifestyle Filming for Over-55s Living in South Belfast

Some developments ask for more than a property tour. The Residence, an exclusive collection of homes for the over-55s near the Lisburn Road in South Belfast, is built around community as much as bricks. So we were commissioned to produce a full lifestyle video, along with photography and video of the communal areas and the show apartments. The brief was to capture a way of living, not just a set of rooms.

That meant filming the elegant lounges, the social spaces and the quieter corners for reading and relaxing, then carrying that same considered mood into the show apartments. Spacious living areas, clean lines and timeless neutral décor gave us a calm, generous backdrop, with each home set across a single accessible floor and opening onto either a private garden or a balcony. Our property video tours and property photography worked together to show comfort, security and a sense of belonging.
