A Landmark Coastal Residence at Grey Point, Helen's Bay

Some homes ask to be filmed rather than simply photographed. This landmark five-bedroom residence at Grey Point, Helen’s Bay, is one of them: positioned front line on the coast, with uninterrupted views over Helen’s Bay Beach, the Copeland Islands and, on a clear day, all the way to Scotland.

Inside, the architecture does the work. A vaulted reception hall, a floating staircase and glass-fronted terraces all turn the sea into part of the interior. Our brief was to capture every angle of that without flattening it, so we built the showcase around movement and light rather than a static gallery.

The package combined professional photography, cinematic property video and aerial drone work with detailed floor plans and an EPC, finished in the trending cinematic ratio so the coastline reads as widescreen. The photography anchors the listing; the film gives buyers the feeling of waking up to that view.
