When the Build Runs Late: Virtual Furniture and Finishing Touches
New builds rarely come together on a perfect timeline. The interiors are ready, the photographer is booked, the listing has a date, and then one corner of the project simply is not finished in time. That is the situation we worked with here: a recently completed virtual furniture design for one of our clients, where the exterior of the property had not quite been wrapped up before our visit.
So we did what good property marketing should do. We furnished the empty rooms digitally and added a few finishing touches outside, presenting the home the way it would actually look once the last details were in place. The buyer sees a warm, lived-in space rather than a bare shell or a building site, and the agent gets a listing that is ready to sell from day one.
Virtual staging is one of the quietest but most useful tools we offer developers and agents. Empty rooms photograph cold and feel smaller than they are; the right furniture, placed digitally, gives a buyer somewhere to imagine their own life. It also keeps a release on schedule when the build runs a little behind.
This kind of work happens right across Northern Ireland, pairing it with sharp property photography so the imagery holds up on every portal and brochure.
If you have a development launching before it is fully finished, we can help it look ready.
