A Six-Bedroom Home Built for Space, Filmed for the View

Published 20 February 2026

Phantom cinematic film still of a large detached six-bedroom family home on an elevated site above Belfast Lough at Glengormley

Some homes are hard to summarise in a window card, and this was one of them. An impressive detached residence on an elevated site just off Glebe Road West in Glengormley, it offered six spacious bedrooms, four or more reception rooms, and a self-contained two-bedroom annex with its own reception space. The scale alone made it unusual. The setting made it special.

We worked with Colin Graham Residential to create the photography and cinematic video content, and the brief was clear from the first walk-through. A home this flexible, ideal for a growing family or for multi-generational living, needs more than a room-by-room gallery. A buyer has to feel the space, the light and the flow before they can picture themselves living in it.

An exceptional six-bedroom home on an elevated site at Glengormley, filmed for Colin Graham Residential to capture the scale, the light and those views towards Cave Hill. Watch the reel

So we filmed for the lifestyle, not just the layout. The cinematic property video follows the natural route through the house, room into room, and then steps back to take in the elevated site and the views across to Cave Hill and Belfast Lough. The property photography carried the same intent: honest, well-lit, made to do justice to a home of this size.

It is the kind of premium listing that rewards proper presentation, and it sits comfortably alongside the rest of our property marketing work across Belfast. When a home offers space without compromise, the marketing should too.
