A New Home Comes to Life at Horse Fair Meadows, Moy

There is a particular pleasure in filming a brand new home: nothing is worn in yet, the light is doing exactly what the architect intended, and the whole place is waiting for its first family. That was the mood when we headed out to Horse Fair Meadows, a fresh development of new builds in the heart of Moy, late in 2023.

Moy sits right on the border between Armagh and Tyrone, and it has quietly become one of Mid Ulster’s most wanted addresses. It is a vibrant, characterful town with a strong sense of community, and these new properties were always going to follow that popularity. Our job was to give buyers their first proper look inside before a single viewing was booked.

We were commissioned by CPS Property, who knew a development like this deserved more than a few phone snaps.
