The Christmas Shoot Where a Dachshund Stole the Show

It was beginning to look a lot like Christmas the day we filmed at The Hamptons, Hamptons Park. The plan was simple: capture a beautifully dressed new home for the festive season and let the development do the talking. Then a small dog called Minnie arrived on set.

Minnie the Dachshund most certainly stole the show. Fair play, too, to Fiona from Lagan Homes, who ended up on camera a good deal more than was planned and carried it off with real warmth. These are the days that remind us property film is about people as much as place, and a little personality goes a long way on a winter shoot in South Belfast.

Behind the fun was a substantial, premium new development, marketed as a short film rather than a slideshow. Working alongside selling agent GOC Estate Agents and developer Lagan Homes, in a Phantom and Collab Belfast collaboration, we set out to make the homes feel lived in and worth viewing in person.

We shoot new homes and show homes like this right across Northern Ireland, and a considered property video tour is what turns a festive dressing into genuine buyer interest.
