A Country Home Framed by Strangford Lough, Filmed from the Air

Aerial Phantom drone film still of a country home set in open countryside near Killinchy and Strangford Lough in summer

Some homes are defined as much by where they sit as by what is inside them. This stunning country home on the edge of Newtownards, out towards Killinchy and the water, is one of them. Open countryside, generous grounds, and Strangford Lough never far away. To sell a home like this, the marketing has to lift up and show the setting, not just the rooms.

So this one called for the drone. We completed a summer aerial film for Simon Brien Residential, a simple and effective way to promote a property’s location and the landscape it sits within. Filmed from the air, the house reads as part of its surroundings: the approach, the gardens, the patchwork of fields, the lough glinting in the distance.

This is the kind of property that performs when buyers can see the bigger picture. Our aerial photography places a home in its landscape, while a cinematic property video tour carries a relocating buyer through the house before they ever visit. It is also part of why we keep coming back to the Ards Peninsula and Strangford Lough, an area where the setting genuinely sells the home.

If you are bringing a country home or rural property to market, this is exactly the work we are built for.
