Opening 2024 With a Carryduff Family Home Worth Filming

Every year has to start somewhere, and we could not have asked for a better one to open 2024. Our first video tour of the year was a cracker: a contemporary four bedroom detached family home in Carryduff, just south of Belfast, and exactly the kind of property that rewards a proper film.

Built in 2016, this home was part of an exclusive development of superbly finished family houses set off the Old Saintfield Road. It is a part of south Belfast that families actively search out, with several well-regarded primary and post primary schools close by, including St. Ita’s and Cairnshill, and the Cairnshill Park and Ride making the commute into the city centre genuinely easy. Local clubs for football, GAA and rugby round out the appeal, so the marketing has to sell the lifestyle as much as the rooms.
