A Presenter-Led Film for the Courtyard at Ardavon Estate, Cultra

Some developments deserve more than a slideshow, and the Courtyard at Ardavon Estate in Cultra is one of them. This was a job our videographer Andy led from start to finish, working alongside Tiffany Rea at Simon Brien Residential to promote the new homes here for the developer, Valor Homes. The brief was simple: present these homes the way they actually feel to walk through.

The Courtyard sits in one of North Down’s most desirable pockets, close to Holywood and the coast, and the kind of buyer drawn to it tends to make a shortlist long before they book a viewing. A presenter-led film does the heavy lifting there. Rather than a silent walk-through, the agent guides the buyer through the space, the setting and the lifestyle, which is exactly what makes a new homes launch land.

This is the kind of property video tour we shoot regularly, and it is one of many homes we have filmed right across Northern Ireland. When a development is this well finished, the marketing should do it justice.
