Filming The Courtyard at Ardavon Estate, Cultra

Some homes deserve a proper film, and The Courtyard at Ardavon Estate is one of them. We recently wrapped a cinematic video tour of this stunning new home in Cultra, built by Valor Homes, and it was a genuine pleasure to spend a day inside it.

Cultra sits on the most desirable stretch of the North Down coast, and a new build of this quality needs marketing that does the craftsmanship justice. A video tour lets a buyer move through the home the way they would on a viewing: the flow of the spaces, the finish, the light. For a relocating buyer deciding from a screen, that first impression is everything.
