A Waterside Apartment, Filmed on a Day the Lough Came Alive
Some properties are not really about the rooms. They are about the view from them, the life that comes with the address, and the feeling a buyer gets the moment they imagine living there. The apartment at Henley in Cultra is one of those homes, and presenting it well meant getting outside the walls and onto the water.
Team Phantom were called in to create an upbeat lifestyle film rather than a straight walkthrough. The brief was simple to say and harder to do well: capture the property, the surroundings, and the lifestyle that ties them together. With panoramic views stretching right across Belfast Lough, the setting was always going to carry the film. The trick was timing.
We caught a day when the shoreline was at its best. Yacht racing was under way at the prestigious Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club, sails crowding the water just below the apartment, and that energy became the heart of the piece. You cannot script a scene like that. You can only be ready for it, and being ready is what separates a lifestyle film from a slideshow of rooms.
This is the sort of waterside home that sits squarely within the prestige work we shoot across Holywood, Cultra and the Gold Coast, where the location does so much of the selling and the marketing has to keep up. A considered lifestyle property film lets a buyer feel the place before they ever visit, which is precisely how homes like this find the right owner.
When the setting is this good, the job is to show up at the right moment and let it speak.
