The Pelham at Rockleigh: a countryside family home, filmed in full

Some homes are built to be experienced in sequence, and The Pelham at Rockleigh is one of them. A substantial four-bed detached home of around 3,344 square feet on the edge of Lisburn, it asks for more than a handful of phone snaps. So we gave it the full treatment: photography, drone and a cinematic video tour, designed to carry a buyer from the approach right through to the breathtaking countryside surroundings.

Commissioned by Fetherstons Estate Agents as joint agent with Templeton Robinson and staged by Property Staging NI, this was a genuine team effort, and it shows on screen. The brief was luxury countryside living presented honestly: elegant interiors, exceptional craftsmanship, and a peaceful rural setting that still sits a short drive from top schools, boutique shopping and award-winning restaurants.
