Oranmore: An 8,000 sq ft Classical Villa, Filmed in Full

Some homes ask for everything we have, and Oranmore was one of them. A true classical villa extending to around 8,000 sq ft, perched above Belfast Lough in Craigavad, it had been immaculately restored by Kris Turnbull Studios into something genuinely special. So we pulled out the full Phantom experience: photography, drone, cinematic video, and an FPV fly-through to carry a buyer through the house in a way a static tour never could.

The detail rewarded the effort. A marble-detailed kitchen, a wine cellar, Crittall doors opening onto lough-facing terraces, perfectly balanced entertaining spaces, and panoramic views that do a great deal of the selling on their own. Our job was to let every one of those moments land, then thread them together into a single piece of film that feels like the home rather than a checklist of rooms.

Commissioned by Colliers NI, Oranmore sits firmly in the kind of substantial, prestige work we are asked back to time and again right across Holywood, Cultra and the coast. The FPV fly-through and cinematic video tour gave the house movement and scale, while the property photography and aerial work held the stills together.

A home like this deserves to be seen properly.
