Why We Loved Filming This Little House in Cultra

Phantom property film still of a contemporary Des Ewing Architects home on Clanbrassil Road, Cultra, Holywood

Some homes you remember long after the shoot, and this little house in Cultra is one of them. Designed by Des Ewing Architects and built by Alske, it is the kind of property that rewards a second look, so we gave it a second edit too. Take two was an upbeat cut, brighter and more rhythmic than the first, made to match how genuinely cool the house is.

That is the quiet luxury of revisiting an edit. The footage was already there, but the feeling shifted. A faster pace, a different energy, and suddenly the same rooms read as the lively, characterful home they actually are. Architecture this considered deserves a film that moves with it rather than past it.

An upbeat second edit for a Des Ewing Architects home on Clanbrassil Road, Cultra, built by Alske and commissioned by Simon Brien Residential. Watch the reel

This one sits in good company. It is one of many homes we have filmed along Holywood, Cultra and the coast, where the architecture and the setting both reward proper property video tours and crisp property photography. The film and the stills are the first viewing, so they need to carry the personality of the place.

Thanks to Simon Brien Residential for commissioning this one, and for trusting us to find the right tone. If you have a home with this much character, we would love to film it.

Let us make your next listing look the part.
