A Contemporary Family Home in Holywood, Filmed From Day Into Dusk

Some homes deserve the full treatment, and this contemporary family home in Holywood was one of them. Commissioned by Rodgers & Browne, we pulled out every trick in the Phantom playbook to do it justice, photographing it in daylight and then again at dusk, when the architecture really comes alive.

The plan was deliberate. Daylight photography to show the clean lines and the space, then a return as the light dropped to catch the glow from inside the glazing. Drone photography placed the house in its setting, and virtual furniture brought the rooms to life for buyers who needed help picturing the lifestyle. A luxury video tour tied it all together as the headline piece.

Contemporary architecture rewards this kind of care. A flat midday phone shot flattens the very details that make a home like this sell. Shooting into dusk lets the interior light read against the sky, and that is exactly the frame a relocating buyer remembers.
