A Ballyclare Country Home, Filmed From the Air

Now this one really was a cracker. Some homes have the kind of grounds and setting that only make sense from above, and this substantial property near Ballyclare was exactly that. We brought the drone out for Simon Brien Residential and captured the house the way a buyer would never see it from the road: the full footprint, the surrounding land, the approach, all in one sweeping piece of cinematic aerial footage.

A home at this level needs more than a set of stills. Buyers for a property of this calibre are weighing setting as much as square footage, and aerial work is the quickest way to show how a house sits in its plot. The drone film places the home in its grounds in seconds, then leads the eye in towards the front door, doing the kind of storytelling a ground-level photograph simply cannot.

This is the sort of work we are asked back for time and again, with agents and developers right across Northern Ireland. Whether it is aerial photography to frame a home in its land or cinematic property video to walk a buyer through it, the goal is the same: present the property at its best for the screen where most buyers decide.

If you have a standout listing that deserves the same treatment, we would love to film it.
